Pricing
With respect to items sold by Miami Wholesale Sunglasses, we cannot confirm the final price of an item until your order is verified, and cleared from shipment. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Miami Wholesale Sunglasses are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Product Defects
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive any products with major or minor defects, please contact us. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to return the defective product back to us. All item(s) must be returned the exact same way you received them which includes: full dozen (if applicable), pre-assorted colors (if applicable), unused, and in their original packaging (plastic bags, boxes, tags attached, etc.). Once product is received, we will promptly credit your account.
Complete Agreement
