Please follow these instructions to provide us your California Seller's Permit information: 1. Create an Account on our website if you have not already. 2. Print a California Seller's Permit Form. 3. Fill out the form with your permit number, business information, and signature. 4. Fax back to: (786) 209-0608 5. Once received, we will update your account to tax exempt. 6. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your form. If you do not currently have a California Seller's Permit, you may apply for one at www.cdtfa.ca.gov.
