Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund of the purchased price. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a refund to the form of payment that was used on the initial order.
All return item(s) must be returned exactly as they were received, which includes:
- Unused
- Satisfactory condition for resale
- In their original packaging (plastic bags, boxes, tags attached, etc.)
- In their original dozen as received (i.e. no picking out specific colors and/or specific select pieces)
To return any item(s) please Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Exchange Policy:
For your convenience, all exchanges are processed as a Return. This allows you to place a new order at your convenience. If you place a new order within 7 days of us receiving your return, we will waive the 20% restocking fee. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a refund to the form of payment that was used on the initial order.
Note:
Please allow 7-10 days for us to process all returns and exchanges.
Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
