How are the sunglasses packaged?
Our sunglasses include a branded hang tag which is attached to each sunglass by a plastic loop. They are also individually packaged in a branded plastic ziplock bag. Each dozen is boxed in a branded display box. We believe we have the best packaging the industry has to offer. Our packaging does cost us more to produce than other wholesalers, but we think it is definitely worth it. We hope you agree.

What colors will I receive in the dozen?
All our sunglasses are sold by the dozen with assorted colors. You will receive between 2-5 assorted colors per dozen depending on the style. Color assortments are 2-3 pairs of more popular colors, and 1 pair of less popular colors. We only post one picture of a style on our website because we may change the color assortment of a particular style throughout the year.

Do I need a business license or resale permit to place an order?

If an item is out of stock will you get it again?
In most cases, if a product is currently out of stock we will receive new stock at a later date. Our website is updated continually with our current inventory and we receive new stock and new arrivals on a weekly basis. Due to the time of manufacturing and importing of our products, a style is usually only out of stock for 30-60 days unless it has been discontinued.

When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped it usually takes up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be available on our website and the UPS.com system. What is the quality of your products?
