Due to the high risk of international fraud, payment by Credit Card is NOT available on international orders.

How to place an international order on our website:

1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart
2. Click "Checkout Now"
3. Create a new account, or sign in to an existing account
4. Enter or verify your customer information and shipping information
5. Select a shipping method
6. Review your order
7. Select "Account Number" as your payment method, and enter the approximate date you will send your Bank Wire Transfer Payment
8. Click "Place Order"
9. On the confirmation page, you will see our bank information which you will need to send us a Bank Wire Transfer Payment
10. Send payment for the total amount due on your order
11. Make sure to convert currency and send US DOLLARS ONLY.  (Visit www.xe.com for an online currency converter.)
12. Payments may take 1-3 days to be verified and completed
13. Important! - Once you have sent your payment, please contact us so we can verify your payment

Order Processing:
Due to International Customs Forms, and Documentation needed with your shipment, please allow up to 3 business days for us to: process your payment, provide customs documentation on your package, and ship your order. If you have any questions about when your order will be shipped, or delivered, please contact us. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4-10 business days based upon your location and shipping method. In some instances, delivery may take longer if your package is held in Customs.

Trademark and Additional Shipping Information:
Most of our products are registered trademarked brands within the United States. Rules and regulations governing the import and distribution of such goods vary from country to country. We will provide all customers a tracking # which provides proof or shipment. Once we have shipped your order we can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as packages being held in Customs. All claims must be made via the shipping carrier or local Customs department. If a situation arises, we can provide you with United States Registered Trademark documentation. We recommend contacting your local trademark office to verify the legality of our products being sold in your country.
